Megan Elizabeth Whaley was born at 11:58 pm, Sept 21st. She is 6 lbs 14 ounces and 20 inches long. Her lower lip quivers just like her sister’s when she cries. We rejoice with our Father in Heaven over our wonderful blessing.

11:58pm. Wow! After all this time of hoping for, longing for, 9/21, God brought Megan into the light with two minutes to spare. He is so good. The Lord is sometimes early, never late, but always right on time. Sure, 9/22 wouldn’t have been a problem. But you would’ve always said, “We were hoping and thinking it would be 9/21, but it really was 9/22.” And that wouldn’t have been bad at all. But how much more wonderful to now be able to say, “Our hopes were for 9/21 and the Lord fulfilled that mightily. Megan, you came at just the right time! And with only two minutes to spare!” The Lord loves a good story, and He loves to give US special stories like that in our lives. Congratulations!
